Objective:
The aim of summer-remediation camp is to improve the reading and writing skill of students who are facing difficulties in reading/writing English language. Since children are unable to read, they cannot study subjects properly and it impacts their performance.
The intent is to bring these children up to the speed (to an extent) before they start an academic session in June 24-25. As such remediation is a long and ongoing process, so it is going to be an integral part of academic year planning (to continue addressing issues)
Duration: Apr 15 to May 10
Time: 9 am to 2:15 pm
Location: GHPS, Taluk Office Road, Opposite Channa Keshava Temple, Anekal Town, Bengaluru
Age group of children: 9 to 14 years

Activities: (for non-academic stations)
We invite volunteers to be part of this summer camp. You can volunteer for a day or two (or longer duration if you wish to). As a station in-charge or sub in-charge you make children do fun-science experiments, arts-craft activities and play games with them. Each station duration is 40 mins and children will keep visiting stations in group of 8-10. These are unique opportunities where you get to connect and spend time with children in a dedicated manner. Activities are very simple and needs just 15-20 mins of prior preparation. Be part of the journey to spread Happiness and Love!
